Head of Supply Chain Pure Resourcing has been exclusively retained to appoint a Head of Supply Chain for Concurrent. This is a high-impact leadership role at a pivotal stage in the company’s growth, offering the opportunity to shape and mature a developing supply chain function within a highly technical, fast-moving environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, resilience and long-term capability across supply chain operations — ensuring the business can deliver today while building for tomorrow. The Head of Supply Chain will take ownership of both the strategic direction and operational delivery of the function — leading from the front while developing the capability of the wider business. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on problem solving with long-term transformation , bringing structure, clarity and alignment across the organisation. Owning and improving production planning and scheduling to support a dynamic environment Driving procurement excellence and strengthening supplier strategy Building capability within the function through structured, scalable processes Leading cross-functional alignment across Sales, Engineering, PMO and Operations Supporting the development of ERP and planning infrastructure, including Business Central Embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the supply chain team Success in the role will be defined by the ability to create a well-structured, forward-looking supply chain that supports both operational delivery and future scalability . We are looking for a progressive supply chain leader who thrives in environments that are evolving and not yet fully formed. You will bring a track record of building, maturing or transforming supply chain or operational functions , alongside the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Has a strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, ideally with exposure to system development or implementation Can demonstrate delivery within high-mix, low-volume, fast-paced environments This role will suit someone motivated by building capability, not just managing performance , and leaving a lasting, visible legacy within an organisation.
