Sheffield Theatres is seeking an experienced People Advisor (Employee Relations & Development) to join ourPeopleteam at Sheffield Theatreson afixed term basis until March 2028.

As People Advisor (Employee Relations & Development) , you will partner with managers on a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, absence and wellbeing conversations, and performance and capability issues.

You will provide clear, practical guidance and coach managers to handle these situations with confidence, consistency, and fairness.

Alongsidetheemployee relationselements of the role, you will coordinate training and development activity, helping toidentifylearning needs and organise opportunities that enable colleagues to grow and thrive in their roles.

You will be part of a collaborative and welcoming People team, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture thataligns with our approachto equality, diversity, and inclusion.
