GROUNDWORKER — Scotland Vision Personnel Ltd Rate of Pay: £21.00 per hour (CIS) Project Duration: 4 years Working Pattern: 10 days on / 4 days off Shift Hours: 10 hours per shift Location: Scotland Start Date: Immediate starts available About the Role This is a long-term opportunity on a major construction project in Scotland. We are looking for an experienced, reliable Groundworker looking for consistent, well-paid work over an extended programme. The project offers excellent earning potential with a structured rotation pattern. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Carrying out all aspects of groundworks including excavation, drainage, foundations and subbase * Installing drainage systems including manholes, gullies, pipes and connections to specification * Formwork installation and concrete pouring for foundations and ground beams * Backfilling and compacting excavations to the required specification * Setting out and working to drawings and levels issued by the site engineer * Working safely in and around excavations, following safe systems of work at all times * Supporting plant operators and liaising with the site team to maintain programme Requirements * Valid CSCS card — essential (Blue Skilled Worker or above preferred) * Minimum 2 years proven experience as a groundworker on construction projects * Competent in drainage installation, foundations and general civils works * Ability to read and work to construction drawings * Strong understanding of excavation safety and confined space awareness * Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team Desirable * CPCS or NPORS plant ticket (dumper, excavator etc.) * Experience on brownfield or remediation projects * Piling or sheet piling experience * First Aid certificate
