Therole:AsaSeniorHRAdvisor,youwillplayakeyroleinthedevelopmentandexecutionofourHRinitiatives.Yourprimaryresponsibilitieswillincludeoverseeingemployeerelations,managingrecruitmentprocesses,implementingHRpolicies,mentoring/supervisingtheHRadministrator
Keyaspectsinclude
ProvideguidanceandexpertiseonarangeofHRissuesincludingemployeerelations,conflictresolution,performancemanagement,andemployeeengagementetc
Actasapointofcontactforemployeesandmanagers,offeringsupportandadvicetoensuretheeffectiveresolutionofHR-relatedmatters.
Leadrecruitmentcampaigns,includingjobposting,candidatescreening,interviewing,andonboardingprocesses.
DesignanddelivertrainingsessionsrelatedtoHRpracticesandpolicyadherencetoalllevelsoftheorganisation.
CollaboratewithmanagementtodevelopandimplementHRstrategiesthatalignwithbusinessobjectives.
Develop,review,andupdateHRpoliciesandprocedurestomaintaincompliancewithregulatoryrequirements.
ParticipateinHRprojects
ProvidereportsandanalysesasneededtotrackkeyHRmetricsandinformdecision-making.
SupportHRadministration
CoachanddevelopthethejuniorHRmember
Requirements
CIPDwouldbeanadvantage.
Minimumof3yearsofHR/ERexperience
ExperienceinFMCGsectororsimilar
Outstandingcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoengageeffectivelyatalllevelswithintheorganisation.
ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeandHRsoftwareprograms.
