Reliable Contractors Ltd are currently looking for an experienced Drainage/Pipelayer Ganger Location: Brackley Rate - PAYE only the rate for the first 39 hours is £19.85 per hour last 11 hours is £29.77 per hour A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 5-7 years Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future. Paid Holidays: 31 days per year (including 8 bank holidays) Lodge allowance available for candidate located over 50 miles away from the site. Overtime as and when required: Saturday- First 4 hours at time and a half, after is double time Sunday- Double time Pension Training and upskilling paid for Safe working environment PPE Provided Life Insurance Secure regular income Candidates must have: * CSCS - Green Labourer, Blue Skilled, Gold Supervisor/Advanced Craft, Red Experienced Technical * SSSTS or SMSTS * Lead and supervise a team: Oversee a team of pipelayers and groundworkers to complete drainage and pipe installation tasks. * Read and interpret drawings: Ensure accurate pipe laying by reading and interpreting drawings, levels, and specifications. * Use laser levels and pipe lasers: Ensure correct alignment and gradient by using laser levels and pipe lasers. * Install manholes, culverts, and structures: Install manholes, culverts, and associated drainage structures. * Ensure safety compliance: Carry out excavation, trenching, backfilling, and reinstatement in compliance with safety regulations. .
