About you Proven supervisory experience within the cleaning industry, preferably across multiple sectors Strong IT skills, including use of HR systems, payroll, and audit tools Full driving licence Excellent communication skills Financial acumen with experience in budget management Health & Safety knowledge and basic statutory training Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively What you'll do Oversee all staff induction and training, ensuring compliance and identifying retraining needs Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues in line with company policies Maintain a safe working environment for all team members Address client queries promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Coordinate cleaning schedules and cover arrangements Identify areas for operational improvement to boost productivity and efficiency Conduct weekly meetings with Operations Managers and interface with clients for KPI reporting For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
