PERSONAL ASSISTANT BELFAST We are working with a leading professional services organisation in Belfast that is looking to add an experienced Personal Assistant to its team.

This is a hands on support role where you will work closely with senior professionals, helping to manage their workload, organise priorities and ensure day-to-day activity runs smoothly.
The position would be well suited to someone who is highly organised, confident working at pace and comfortable taking ownership of a broad range of PA responsibilities.
The Role Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating diaries, meetings and schedules for senior team members.
Preparing and amending correspondence, reports and presentation materials.
Supporting the opening of new client matters and ensuring required internal checks are completed.
Organising business travel, accommodation and external meetings.
Assisting with billing administration and the preparation of invoices.
Keeping on top of outstanding payments and related finance administration.
Helping to manage documents and information across active client matters.
Providing general support on internal projects and team requirements.
Stepping in to assist other areas of the business when required.
What Were Looking For You should have: A minimum of 2 years experience in a PA position within professional services.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Previous experience with digital dictation.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
A high standard of written work and document preparation.
The ability to manage deadlines and multiple requests at the same time.
A confident and professional communication style.
Experience using legal or professional services systems for billing, time recording, document management or client onboarding would be an advantage.
