An established independent environmental consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Director of Environmental Consultancy to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the business.
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced environmental professional who enjoys taking a strategic overview of multidisciplinary projects, working closely with clients and supporting talented technical teams. The role will primarily focus on environmental planning and development projects, bringing together disciplines including EIA, ecology, hydrology and flood risk.
Your new role
You will work alongside the existing leadership team, providing technical and commercial oversight across a varied portfolio of environmental projects.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary environmental projects.
• Providing strategic advice across EIA, environmental planning, ecology, hydrology and flood risk.
• Supporting clients throughout the planning and development process.
• Providing technical oversight and supporting the continued development of the team.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
