HRIS Manager (iTrent)

💰 £50,000 – £60,000
Contract: Permanent
The Role
A specialist HRIS position focused on supporting, maintaining, and developing the organisation’s iTrent environment following a major implementation project.
This role will work closely with HR and Payroll teams, leading on system optimisation, reporting, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the lead HRIS specialist for the iTrent platform
* Support and enhance HR and Payroll system functionality
* Manage and support system upgrades, fixes, and change requests
* Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution
* Develop and maintain reports using Business Objects and other reporting tools
* Support payroll audit readiness and reporting requirements
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
* Maintain integrations between iTrent and third-party systems
* Support HR and Payroll teams with data analysis and reporting
* Deliver user training and support ongoing system adoption
* Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders on system improvements
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong hands-on iTrent experience.
* Experience supporting or participating in iTrent implementations/projects
* Good understanding of HR and Payroll processes
* Strong reporting capability, ideally using Business Objects
* Experience with change control and system testing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
* Able to manage multiple priorities within a changing environment
