Infinity Systems Engineering Ltd is a growing Bristol-based Systems and Safety Engineering Consultancy supporting the delivery of complex Defence programmes across the UK.
We are currently recruiting Systems Engineers at all levels to support exciting projects involving Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar Technologies and Advanced Weapons Systems across the Land, Maritime and Air domains.
Previous experience in Electronic Warfare, Radar or Weapons Systems is NOT essential. We are particularly interested in experienced Systems Engineers with strong core engineering skills who are keen to develop their knowledge and gain exposure to these specialist Defence technologies.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and manage system requirements, architectures and interface specifications.

Support system integration, Verification & Validation (V&V) and requirements traceability.

Work on complex engineering programmes involving Electronic Warfare, Radar and Weapons technologies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, MOD stakeholders and Defence industry partners.

Support engineering activities throughout the full systems lifecycle, from concept through to integration and acceptance.

Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews and engineering assurance activities.

What We're Looking For Previous experience in Systems Engineering, ideally within Defence, Aerospace or another highly regulated engineering sector.

Good understanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle, requirements management and V&V.

Experience using tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, Simulink or similar would be beneficial.

Knowledge of systems engineering standards and methodologies such as ISO 15288, INCOSE or MBSE.

Strong communication, technical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Eligibility to obtain or maintain UK SC Security Clearance.

Experience in EW, Radar or Weapons Systems would be advantageous but is not required. We welcome applications from Systems Engineers looking to broaden their technical experience and transition into these specialist areas.
