The business delivers a broad range of commercial surveying and building safety projects across the UK and offers a strong pipeline of work, varied instructions, and clear progression opportunities within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Delivering defect diagnosis and condition surveys across commercial assets Leading and supporting dilapidations instructions Managing project delivery including specifications, tendering and contract administration Undertaking technical due diligence Reviewing licences to alter Supporting reinstatement cost assessments alongside specialist teams Contributing to fire safety and building safety remediation projects Managing instructions from inception to completion while maintaining client relationships Requirements Chartered status (MRICS / MCABE) - essential Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline Strong commercial property experience Proven experience across professional services and project work Confident, client-facing communicator Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel where required
