B1 Licensed Engineer – Business Jets Location: Oxford Airport, UK Position: Full-Time | Permanent | Attractive Shift Pattern Department: Engineering & Maintenance Salary: Competitive + Benefits Volantes Recruitment are supporting our client who are a leading provider of premium maintenance services for Cessna Citation business jets. Headquartered at Oxford Airport and with a line station at Biggin Hill Airport, they support a wide range of private and corporate aviation clients across the UK and Europe. We are looking for an experienced and motivated B1 Licensed Engineer to join their high-performance team. Your Role: * Carry out line and base maintenance on Cessna Citation series aircraft (type ratings preferred but not essential). * Perform defect diagnosis, rectification, and component changes in accordance with CAA/EASA Part 145 standards. * Work as part of a collaborative and skilled team delivering to tight deadlines. * Complete accurate and compliant maintenance records and documentation. * Liaise with technical services, planning, and logistics to ensure aircraft are released on time and to standard. * Champion a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. What You’ll Need: * CAA or EASA Part-66 B1.1 Licence (Cessna Citation type ratings highly desirable). * Previous experience on Citation CJ series, XLS or Latitude preferred. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Part 145 environment, preferably on business jets. * Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. * Flexible, proactive, and safety-conscious mindset. * Eligibility to work in the UK.
