Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer - Manchester I'm currently working with a well-established engineering consultancy in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Civil Engineer to join its growing infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects, contributing to the design and delivery of highways, drainage and infrastructure schemes from concept through to construction. The Role You'll be involved in: Highways and drainage design for development projects Preparation of drainage strategies and flood risk assessments Section 38, Section 278 and Section 104 agreements Producing technical reports and supporting planning submissions Liaising with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders Supporting project delivery alongside experienced engineers and technicians What I'm Looking For Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Experience working within a UK engineering consultancy environment Knowledge of development infrastructure, highways and drainage design Experience using software such as Civil 3D, InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage Strong communication and project coordination skills Working towards ICE accreditation would be advantageous What's On Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Clear career progression opportunities Support towards professional development and chartership Exposure to a varied and interesting project portfolio Collaborative and supportive team environment If you're a Civil Engineer considering a new opportunity in Manchester, I'd be happy to discuss the role in more detail and provide further information on the company and team.
