Enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen Is interested in food and open to learning about our Danish and Japanese roots. Your Role as Sous Chef When you are on shift, you are responsible for the kitchen. Preparing food and ensuring high quality at all times Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe Following food safety and hygiene standards Helping to control food costs and reduce waste Supporting and guiding other chefs on shift Making sure every guest receives a great plate of food, every time You will work closely with the Head Chef and be an important part of the leadership team.
