What Youll Be Doing as the Engineering Coordinator

Youll be the central hub connecting engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered without a hitch.

• Coordinating site activities, travel, access, and logistics for engineering teams
• Managing documentation, reports, and compliance records with precision
• Overseeing timesheets and system entries to ensure accurate project tracking
• Organising tooling, equipment, and calibration schedules
• Supporting project planning, resource coordination, and operational reporting
• Preparing site documentation including health & safety packs (RAMS)
• Managing PPE and uniform requirements for field teams
• Liaising with third-party suppliers, contractors, and service providers
• Troubleshooting coordination challenges and keeping everything on track
