Paisley Housing Association is a community‑focused Registered Social Landlord and Scottish Charity, owning 1,308 homes and providing a Property Factoring Service to over 283 owner‑occupiers across Paisley. Due to internal temporary secondment opportunities across our organisation, we now have a vacancy to seek an enthusiastic and experienced Property Factoring Assistant to join our Corporate Services Team. This is a key role supporting the delivery of our Property Factoring Service, ensuring owners receive a responsive, compliant and customer‑focused service.
You will be an organised, confident communicator with experience in housing, property management, letting or factoring services , able to manage your own workload while working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
The overall purpose of this post is to support the delivery of an effective, efficient and customer‑focused Property Factoring Service that upholds the Association’s values and regulatory responsibilities. The postholder will play a key role in providing high‑quality administrative, financial and customer service support to factored owners, ensuring that enquiries, repairs, billing, debt recovery and compliance tasks are managed accurately and professionally. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Services, Housing Management and Asset Management, the Property Factoring Assistant will contribute to maintaining well‑managed estates, positive owner relationships and a consistent standard of service across all factored properties.
