Learner Transition Coordinator - Personalised Support

Pembrokeshire College invites applications from individuals to support learners with Additional or other Learning Support Needs. The role involves liaising with external agencies, coordinating meetings and contributing to person-centred planning and development plans.

The successful candidate will need initiative, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a busy college environment. Permanent, full-time post with 37 hours/week.
