This role offers the opportunity to advise purpose‑driven organisations on a broad range of charity, corporate and commercial matters, working across diverse structures and sectors. You will manage your own caseload, contribute to business development, and play a key role in supporting clients that deliver meaningful social impact.The firm seek a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE, strong exposure to corporate or trusts work, and either professional or personal experience with charities or NGOs.
