· Base salary plus tronc
· 48 hour week, working up to 50-55 hours pw with paid overtime

I'm working with one of London's most talked about and respected restaurants. Featured in the Michelin Guide, I'm seeking an outstanding junior sous chef for a rare opportunity.
This role is suited to chefs who have built their careers within Michelin-starred or multi-Rosette kitchens and are looking to take the next step within an ambitious, high-performing brigade.
If you're passionate about working with the best produce in the UK, understanding and meeting the best producers, a no compromise attitude to cooking techniques, creative expression and problem solving, then this is for you!

• Have meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising standards.
• Can inspire and develop those around them while contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
• Are driven by a genuine passion for outstanding food, hospitality and continuous improvement.
• Have a stable employment history within leading Michelin-starred or comparable fine dining kitchens.
• Work independently and confidently to a consistently high standard, with minimal supervision.
• Take full ownership of their section, including preparation, organisation and delivery during service.
• Bring strong technical skills, attention to detail and experience of high-end tasting menus.
• Support the wider brigade, demonstrate leadership capability and behaviours
• Be able to Integrate quickly into the existing operation and make an immediate positive contribution.
