The ideal People Director

• Senior HR / People leadership experience
• Experience across HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced, service‑led or sales‑led environments preferred
• Comfortable operating strategically whilst remaining hands‑on

The role will lead the operational delivery of HR, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the People function supports continued business growth, performance and employee experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on translating strategy into action, improving systems and processes, driving collaboration across teams and building a high‑performing People function.

Travel to other locations will be required.
