About the role
Carpenters Group is seeking a capable professional to manage a high-volume caseload of RTA recovery files, delivering robust claims handling and maximising recoveries within set timescales. You will use our Case Management System and liaise with clients to provide professional, timely legal advice.
The role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience with case management systems.
