Permanent | Tier 1 Main Contractor (Fit Out Division)We’re currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a leading main contractor delivering high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London.You’ll join a dynamic and growing team working on CAT A and CAT B fit out projects for blue-chip clients, landmark office developments, and premium mixed-use schemes.This is a great opportunity for a QS with a solid background in interior fit out, refurbishment, or fast-track commercial projects, looking to join a company that offers genuine career progression and exposure to flagship London projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial delivery of high-end fit out projects from pre-contract through to final account.Prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.Conduct valuations, variations, and progress payments.Work closely with project and design teams to ensure financial and commercial control.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Requirements5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit out or refurbishment sectors.Proven track record working on commercial or corporate office projects in London.Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail.Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.Strong communication and client-facing skills.What’s on OfferSalary: 70,000–85,000 DOE + benefits.Exciting pipeline of premium fit out projects in Central London.Excellent career development opportunities within a market-leading contractor.Collaborative, fast-paced environment with clear progression routes.
