About the Role: * Resolve manufacturing or fitting issues with our windows, doors, bi-folds, warm roofs and conservatory roofs * Small amount of joinery work (skirting and laminate) * Provide excellent Customer Service whilst at customers properties * Responsible for ensuring quality work is carried out at all times * Support Customer Services to assist with resolving production issues as and when required What we are looking for: * Previous experience in all aspects of warm roofs, conservatories, windows, and doors * Previous joinery experience in fitting skirting and laminate flooring * The ability to fit any miscellaneous hardware or fittings that may be required such as handles, hinges, glazing, letterboxes etc * Excellent product knowledge * Full UK Driving Licence required If the above sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!
