- £18.00 per hour (depending on shift) About the RoleWe are recruiting experienced VNA Drivers to join a leading logistics and distribution company specialising in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Working within a modern, fast-paced distribution centre, you will play a key role in ensuring products are stored, picked, and replenished accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse.

Put away inbound stock into designated warehouse locations.

Replenish picking locations to ensure operational efficiency.

Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

Load and unload vehicles as required.

Carry out stock movements, inventory checks, and cycle counts.

Ensure products are handled in accordance with pharmaceutical quality standards.

Report damaged stock, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.

Skills & Experience Valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).

Previous experience operating a VNA truck within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Experience working in a fast-paced logistics operation.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work towards productivity and quality targets.

Flexible to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
