Painter and Decorator - B4 Area, Birmingham Pay: £18 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 18:00pm Contract: Temporary Contract Pertemps Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join a professional facilities and maintenance team, working across a range of modern residential buildings in the B4 area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and supportive environment, delivering essential maintenance and refurbishment works.   The Role: "    Carry out painting and decorating duties including preparation, undercoating, glossing, and emulsion. "    Undertake planned maintenance and responsive repairs to ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-presented. "    Maintain cleanliness and safety in all working areas. "    Provide excellent service to building residents, reporting any issues or follow-up requirements to your team leader.   What You Need: "    Proven experience as a painter and decorator, ideally in a residential or facilities setting. "    Ability to work independently and manage your workload. "    A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering high standards. "    Good communication and customer service skills. "    Must provide own paintbrushes and rollers. What's on Offer: "    Competitive pay - £18 per hour depending on experience. "    Daytime working hours - no evenings or weekends.
