About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll deliver short‑term and day‑to‑day cover during teacher absence. You’ll supervise pupils as they complete pre‑set work, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure lessons run smoothly. You’ll play an important role in keeping pupils engaged, focused, and supported throughout the school day.
