Doemicro client, a highly respected Top 100 UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its well-established and growing team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a forward‑thinking firm renowned for its high‑quality work, strong regional presence, and outstanding client service.

You will manage a varied and high‑quality residential property caseload, advising a broad range of clients on matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• High‑value residential transactions
• New build and off‑plan purchases
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement
• Transfers of equity
• Re‑mortgages
• Residential landlord and tenant matters

You will have direct client contact, work closely with experienced partners, and play a key role in maintaining the firm's strong reputation in the residential property market.

Ideal Candidate

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• 3+ years' PQE in residential property
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• A client‑focused, commercial approach
• Ability to manage files independently while contributing to a collaborative team
