Working within a regulated, high-spec environment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across building fabric and general maintenance tasks, ensuring standards of safety, compliance, and presentation are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works General fabric maintenance including painting and decorating Basic plumbing repairs (e.g.

taps, toilets, minor leaks) Carpentry and general building repairs Ensure all work is completed in line with site procedures and compliance standards Maintain accurate records of works completed Support wider maintenance activities across multiple sites About You Proven experience in a Fabric Engineer or similar role Strong all-round knowledge of building maintenance and fabric works Experience in painting & decorating, basic plumbing, and general repairs Experience working in a regulated or high-spec environment xwzovoh (desirable) Able to work independently and manage workload effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) Good communication and a proactive attitude Working Hours Monday to Friday, standard working hours On-Call 1 in 4 call-out rota Whats on Offer Salary up to £36,000 Company van & fuel card Stable, long-term opportunity within a specialist environment Supportive team environment
