Junior Service Delivery Engineer

Junior Service Delivery Engineer (On-Site) Cumbria Core hours between 07:00 - 17:30 Overview We're looking for a Junior Service Delivery Engineer to join a busy on-site IT support team in Cumbria. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career or looking to build hands-on experience in a real working environment. You'll be fully supported with training and development, making this an ideal role if you have a basic IT understanding and a strong willingness to learn. What you'll be doing Providing on-site deskside support to end users (hardware & software issues) Setting up and delivering IT equipment (laptops, phones, tablets, etc.) Troubleshooting everyday IT problems in a Windows environment Supporting users face-to-face to keep them up and running Managing your own support tickets and working to targets Assisting with hardware rollouts, upgrades, and other IT projects Helping with simple break-fix tasks on devices (training provided)This is a hands-on role, so you'll be actively working across customer sites rather than office-based. What we're looking for Basic IT knowledge (Windows, hardware, Microsoft applications) Strong communication and customer service skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Good problem-solving ability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Requirements ✅ Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required) ✅ Must be 21+ ✅ Happy to work on-site full time What's in it for you?
