As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in helping young people rebuild confidence, stability, and positive futures in a safe and nurturing environment.
The home supports young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for every child in care.

The Role As a Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and operational practice are maintained at all times.
You will provide guidance and support to the staff team while building positive relationships with the young people in your care.
You will also be expected to step up and deputise for the Deputy or Registered Manager when required.
