Due to the company’s market share increasing, they are keen to attract experience relevant individuals who are curious to explore options outside of their current arrangement, to determine if there is a suitable match.The company employs over 300 people and operates extensively throughout the UK on projects ranging from private mixed use right through to social, regeneration and heritage developments with values of up to 1 billion GBP. This range of developments allows its employees to gain varied experience working on a wide array of projects, thus helping to avoid the role becoming stale and repetitive.For this particular role you will be required to have:Prior experience working as a technical Coordinator or senior technical Coordinator ideally with another residential developerStrong design and CAD experience with an emphasis on residential high rise buildingsStrong stake holder engagementExperience in monitoring complex designExperience in leading and developing individualsCommercial acumenIn return the company will offer an above market salary with a package that can be tailored to the individual.
