PositionOverview:
AstheAccountManager,youwillplayacrucialroleinmanagingandenhancingrelationshipswithourwell-knownretailpartnersintheUK.Thispositionfocusesonensuringchannelrevenuegrowth,exceptionalcustomersatisfaction,elevationofthebrand,anduncoveringnewopportunitieswithinexistingandnewaccounts.Theidealcandidatewillpossessstrongrelationshipbuildingskills,commercialawarenessandagenuinepassionforourbrandandproducts.
KeyResponsibilities:
AccountManagement: Cultivateandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyaccounts,actingastheprimarycontact.Gainadeepunderstandingoftheirneeds,preferences,andmarkettrendstocreaterangesandpresentLeToyVanaccordingly.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Collaboratecloselywithmarketing,productdevelopment,andlogisticsteamstoensurecohesiveproductlaunches,promotions,andeffectiveinventorymanagement.
MarketAnalysis: Regularlyconductmarketanalysestoidentifytrends,monitorcompetitoractivities,andexploreexpansionopportunitieswithinkeyaccounts.
Reporting: Preparecomprehensivesalesreportsandforecastsformanagement,detailingkeyachievements,challenges,andopportunitiesforgrowth.
CustomerSupport: Promptlyaddressanyissuesorconcernsraisedbykeyaccounts,ensuringahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction.
Networking: Representourclientatindustryevents,tradeshows,andclientmeetingstopromoteproductsandstrengthenindustryrelationships.
Qualifications:
Provenclientrelationshipbuildingandaccountmanagement,preferablywithintheretailsector.
Strongretailacumenwithahistoryofmeetingandexceedingtargets.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
Abilitytoanalysedataandmarkettrendstoguidedecision-making.
ProficiencyinCRMsoftwareandMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
Apassionfordesignandanunderstandingofthegiftretaillandscapewouldbeasignificantadvantage.
