Interim Head of Property Management

We’re looking for an experienced MRICS commercial property management leader to take on a senior interim assignment with an established property business, based across the South West of England. This is a hands-on turnaround and troubleshooting role, supporting a property management function that needs experienced leadership, greater structure and a clear focus on service delivery and performance. This is a day rate contract and will last for approximately 6 months.

The brief will include:

• Assessing the current team, processes and portfolio performance
• Identifying key operational issues and implementing practical improvements
• Providing visible, hands-on leadership across Property Management
• Strengthening client relationships and service standards
• Improving compliance, financial controls and property management processes
• Supporting lease events, service charges, rent and insurance recovery and wider portfolio performance
• Helping establish a more consistent, accountable and high-performing team culture

We’re looking for someone who has successfully led commercial property management teams, is comfortable walking into a challenging environment and can quickly establish what needs to change and deliver against it.
