Dealerpoint Manager – Cardiff Salary: Up to £55,000 basic per year OTE: £71,500+ per year (including 30% bonus) Hours: Full-time Contract: Permanent Benefits: 30% performance bonus Private healthcare Excellent pension contribution Company car Other perks from being part of a prestigious global brand Overview A leading commercial vehicle dealership is looking for a Dealerpoint Manager based at our Cardiff depot. Serving the vehicle industry, we support our customers' business requirements and keep their fleets on the road. We are seeking an experienced senior leader with a proven track record within a Commercial Dealership to successfully deliver the operational and strategic plans of the depot. You will be driven, with a natural desire to develop people, expand our customer base, and build upon our excellent customer reputation. You will be managing a team of 17 across the Workshop, Parts, and Front of House roles. Key Responsibilities Grow the profitability of the business through management and development of employees and customers Strive to exceed industry standards through financial productivity, operating standards, and customer & employee satisfaction Ensure excellence in customer service at all times Manage P&L control and drive financial performance Plan and organise depot operations effectively Analyse data and formulate appropriate and timely actions Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 17 across workshop, parts, and front of house What You'll Need Proven track record as a senior leader within a Commercial Dealership Strong commercial awareness P&L control and financial management experience Excellent planning and organising skills Ability to analyse data and take timely action Experience managing workshop, parts, or aftersales teams Passion for developing people and delivering exceptional customer service Don't tick every box?
