We are looking for someone who can successfully translate that excellent practice into transformational leadership, with a proven ability to lead teams to deliver on our shared vision. We welcome interest from leaders who are ambitious for our children, for their colleagues and for themselves and who buy into our shared vision and belief for our children and communities. You will join supportive, committed and caring colleagues within our extended leadership team who are working together to improve the life chances of our children and young people.This is one of several senior leadership appointments we are making at the moment, in order to realise our ambitious vision for our children.
