SEMH Teacher - Alternative Provison (Maternity Cover) September 2027 Start Worcester Area Hours: 9:30am - 4:30pm We are supporting a well‑established Alternative Provision in the Worcester area who are seeking a committed Teacher for a maternity cover starting September 2027. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a small, relationship‑focused environment and is confident supporting pupils with additional needs. About the Role: Lead a small cohort of 6 students, delivering a mix of in‑person and online teaching Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs Build strong, consistent relationships to support behaviour, engagement and progress Work collaboratively with a supportive team including pastoral and SEN staff Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and contribute to the wider school communityRequirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with pupils who may present SEMH or behavioural needs A resilient, adaptable and compassionate teaching style Confidence delivering both classroom‑based and online learning Strong communication and relationship‑building skillsWhy Choose Us?
