Job Description Warehouse OperatorLocation: SheffordPay Rate: £13.66 per hourJob Type: Fixed-Term ContractWorking HoursMonday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:6:00am 2:00pm2:00pm 10:00pmAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join a busy and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to all Health & Safety procedures.You will also support day-to-day warehouse operations by checking incoming stock, confirming quantities and product condition, and ensuring items are stored correctly within the warehouse.This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a willingness to carry out a variety of warehouse and yard duties, both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will have:A valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenceExperience using scanner guns and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Previous warehouse or manufacturing experienceThe physical fitness required for manual handling duties and outdoor workA positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a teamGood communication skills and strong attention to detailBasic IT skillsThe ability to work independently and use initiativeA strong commitment to Health & Safety procedures and company standardsFlexibility to work overtime when requiredA full, valid driving licenceWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rateSupportive team environmentStable Monday to Friday shiftsOpportunity to gain long-term experience within a growing operationTPBN1_UKTJ
