Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) – Glasgow, United Kingdom

This is a permanent, full‑time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) based at our East Kilbride branch.

Responsibilities

• Support customers face‑to‑face, by phone or video call across a range of banking products and services.
• Understand and identify customer needs, explain relevant products, and provide suitable options in a clear, conversational manner.
• Handle a wide range of enquiries, including complex topics, and refer customers to specialist advisers when necessary.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert within the branch, providing coaching and support to colleagues on quality customer conversations.
• Assist vulnerable customers and use specialist knowledge to ensure they receive appropriate support.
• Develop skills and confidence across the non‑advised product range within a fast‑paced and challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer‑focused, principle‑based sales and service roles.
• Strong customer service skills across face‑to‑face, telephony, and digital channels.
• Experience in Financial Services or a retail customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain decisions confidently and clearly over the phone and in writing.
• Computer literacy and comfort with digital tools, such as mobile devices, online calculators, and Office/database applications.
• Good organisation, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Empathy and the ability to build good relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
