This is a unique opportunity where you will be funded for qualifications to improve your career and progress into senior management.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on weapons training both in the simulator and the classroom to military trainees, deliver pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments, monitor trainee development and collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes and uphold health and safety.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hour week
- half day on a Friday.
This role would suit a Weapons Engineer or Technician looking for an off the tools role, full training to become an instructor and the opportunity to work for one of the biggest defence companies in the UK.
