Role Overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a significant industrial unit project in Netherlands. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team, including project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, fostering open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on‑site.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar leadership role within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
• Sound understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding £100,000,000.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Competitive salary between £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
