Dual Registered Manager- London Established Home with team and YP in place) Salary: Base salary £55,120 with the potential to earn up to £68,320 through bonuses Benefits: 32 days A/L which includes Bank Holidays- this will increase by a day for the first 3 years Ofsted Bonus: £3000 for an ‘Outstanding’ report and £1500 for a ‘Good’ report per home- potential to earn up to £6,000 across both homes pa.
