The business is continuing to grow its Dilapidations offering and is looking for a senior Dilapidations Surveyor to take a lead role in London and the wider Southeast. You will become the specialist at the top of the London function, with approximately 8-9 Building Surveyors working across the region. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with team leadership, client management and business development. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop the Dilapidations service line while having significant autonomy in your day-to-day role.
