£28,000 + Uncapped Commission – Reading – Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 17:00, Friday 07:30 – 16:30.

This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, matching the right people to temporary and permanent job opportunities. You’ll provide expert support and advice while ensuring a high level of service at all times. Key responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, engaging at every stage of the recruitment process

Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets through proactive service delivery

Matching candidates to suitable roles, ensuring their skills align with client requirements

Ensuring full compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Managing payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments for flexible workers

To be successful:

A confident communicator with experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximise service delivery and revenue

Understanding of recruitment processes, employment rights, and diversity & inclusion principles

Excellent relationship management skills across all levels

A positive and driven attitude, eager to succeed in a fast-paced industry

A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
