Our client, a growing consultancy, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, professional environment where you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you'll act as a central support function for the consultancy team, ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and clients receive a high level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior staff and project teams
Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and tracking project timelines
Setting up, maintaining, and updating project records and documentation
Managing client portals and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Maintaining structured electronic filing systems
Raising invoices and processing timesheets and expenses
Acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
Monitoring and managing shared inboxesAbout You
We're looking for someone who is detail-focused, organised, and confident working in a busy, client-facing environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWhat's on Offer
