You’ll lead a team of backend engineers.You’ll be working on high-impact features that enable seamless yet compliant onboarding experiences. This role blends hands-on technical guidance with strong people leadership. You’ll help your team navigate complex engineering challenges, mentor them through their career growth, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
