Title:Country & Business Development Lead - PolandThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth for KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) business in Poland.Working as part of an expanding European team, you will play a key role in identifying and shaping new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning our organisation as a trusted partner to the Polish armed forces and wider defence community.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the Polish defence marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with government, military and industry stakeholdersRepresent MTS as the country lead for all direct commercial sales Lead and support bid activity, from early positioning through to proposal submissionMonitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming programmesMaintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesWhat we NeedExtensive experience within the military / defence sectorProven experience in business development within the Polish defence sectorExperience preferable within at least one area of MTS’s portfolio, such as logistics, sustainment, autonomy and/or air and missile defenceStrong network across the Polish armed forces, relevant ministries and defence industryExperience contributing to or leading bids and proposalsFluent in Polish and working level proficiency in EnglishExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of an extended teamAdditional InformationOpportunity to play a key role in a growing European businessIdeal for a driven, entrepreneurial individual comfortable with working in a fast-pacing environmentLocation Poland based (hybrid with travel across the country)#LI-SF1SummaryLocation: Leatherhead, Surrey, United KingdomType: Full time
