Lead from the front, consistently setting and upholding high standards for both our guests and our team

What youll get up to:
Inspire your team to shine in our key metrics and support recruitment, onboarding, training and development
Identify new revenue strategies, and drive repeat visits and revenue per guest
Support all business operations being mindful of budgets and expenses
Use data to understand guest insights and collaborate with teams xwzovoh from across Treetop to explore revenue driving opportunities
Maintain high standards in all site areas, and be an expert in all aspects of the mini golf experience ensuring that guests receive the highest quality experience
