Our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for every single guest.   Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a positive first impression Manage reservations and walk-in seating efficiently and speedily Escort guests to tables and provide menus Maintain an organised waitlist during busy periods Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries / bookings and special requests Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary   Requirements Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer-facing role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays   What our client offers Competitive pay Staff meals and employee discounts Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the restaurant Vibrant surroundings For this post you will be required to present yourself in traditional Asian dress of which an allowance will be provided or uniform provided
