Static BMS Service Engineer

BMS Static Service Engineer - Trend & Tridium Location: Central London Salary: Competitive + Package Type: Permanent We are looking for an experienced BMS Static Service Engineer to join a leading BMS business, working on a key commercial site in Central London. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive BMS maintenance. Fault-find and diagnose BMS hardware, software and controls issues. Service and optimise existing BMS installations. Work with Trend and Tridium/Niagara systems. Liaise with clients and on-site facilities teams. Complete service reports and technical documentation. Identify potential system improvements and remedial works. Requirements Strong experience as a BMS Service Engineer. Proven Trend experience. Experience with Tridium/Niagara. Good understanding of HVAC controls and BMS systems. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
