Salary: £29,000 per annum equivalent on a hourly rate
Contract: Temporary, initially 1 month with likelihood of a extension
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

We are recruiting for an experienced Interim Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a busy finance team in Plymouth. The initial requirement is to provide cover for a period of sickness absence, although there is potential for the role to develop into a permanent opportunity.

Key responsibilities

Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching invoices against purchase orders
Maintaining purchase ledger records
Preparing and processing supplier payments
Reconciling supplier statements
Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Supporting the wider finance team with general accounts administration
What we're looking for

Previous Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
Sage 200 experience would be highly desirable
Manufacturing experience would be advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Available to start ASAP
Able to work 5 days per week from the Plymouth office
